Plugin Manager

Hi,
I tried to use the plugin manage that myBukkitAdmin provided but when I entered the section I had no plugins listed, only the upload form accompanied with this text: * Unable to remove plugins within a Microsoft Windows environment.

I am running 32Bit CentOS Linux.

I am more concerned though that not a single one of my plugins is listed under the plugin manager nor the plugins list

Please help me understand as to why this is
